Ancient theatre of Aptera
Time for a little bit of a different video of the place to visit when looking for some culture in the Apokoronas region of Crete. Students of the 2nd Secondary school of Chania do a guided tour of the Ancient theatre of Aptera and also perform a short play there.
The amphitheatre is part of a large archaeological site which is still unknown to many due to the popularity bigger sites (like the Palace of Knossos) on Crete. So, if you want to explore some ruins without the crowds this is the place to go!
